Its founders have understood that the responsibility of the company is no longer limited to the economic aspect but extends to the social and societal dimensions of its environment.<\/p><p>They share a conviction expressed in the CONECT charter:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: inherit;\">\u00a0<div class=\"penci-pullqoute align-none\"><blockquote><\/span><\/p><p>The success of the modern company and its durability depend on its degree of integration in its economic and social environment. its health depends on that of its environment, to which it can contribute by developing its capacity to manage, in an ethical manner and in compliance with the law, its relations with its various partners, whether they are employees, consumers or suppliers.<\/p><p><\/blockquote><\/div><\/p><p>The company, now perceived as a citizen, is defined as a socially and environmentally responsible economic actor. It contributes to the well-being of citizens and to the maintenance of the social contract that supports the living together of society, while ensuring its sustainability, its development and its growth.<\/p><p>It is on this basis that four strategic missions of the citizen company have been defined in the conect
