Innovations and technological development continue to progress from year to year on a global scale. And Tunisia is not an exception on the globe; it too is amply affected by these advances which have intercalated the majority of sectors of activity where everything is on the way to computerization. Even what has nothing to do with technology, it has not been deprived of an innovative contribution to modernize it and adapt it to contemporary times. Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) contributed in 2016 up to 7% to the Tunisian GDP (Gross Domestic Product)
